Trini Alvarado

Trini Alvarado upholds a long career in film, television and theatre. She is perhaps best known for her portrayal of Meg March in the screen adaptation of LITTLE WOMEN (1994). Alvarado can currently be seen often recurring in The Staircase on Max. In addition to All Good Things (2010) alongside Ryan Gosling and Little Women co-star Kirsten Dunst, Trini has starred with Michael J. Fox in the Peter Jackson helmed feature, The Frighteners (1996), Stella (1990), starring Bette Midler, The Babe (1992) opposite John Goodman, The Perez Family (1995) with Anjelica Huston, Little Children (2006) starring Kate Winslet, Times Square (1980) with Tim Curry, and The Good Guy  (2009) which premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival. Trini has landed significant guest spots in Fringe, Law & Order SVU, Black Box and The Jury. Notably, Alvarado originated the role of Melinda in the Tony Award-nominated production of Runaways, marking her Broadway debut. Other stage credits include the musical Yours, Anne as Anne Frank and Maggie Magalita at the Kennedy Center and off-Broadway. Trini resides in NYC with her husband and two children.
