Jackie Earle Haley
Jackie Earle Haley is an American Academy Award–nominated actor and New York Film Critics Circle Award winner whose career spans decades, marked by early fame, reinvention, and critical acclaim. He first rose to prominence as a child actor in the 1970s, starring as Kelly Leak in The Bad News Bears, followed by Breaking Away and Losin’ It, working alongside actors such as Dennis Quaid and Tom Cruise early in their careers.
After a long break from acting, Haley made a remarkable return with Little Children, directed by Todd Field, earning an Academy Award nomination for his performance opposite Kate Winslet.
