HELPFUL TIPS FOR ORDERING YOUR 2026 TCM CLASSIC FILM FESTIVAL PASS(ES)

  1. Beginning at 12pm ET on Tuesday, December 9, 2025 Festival passes may be purchased exclusively via the Festival website, TCM.com/festival.
      • Note: 2026 Festival passes are not available for purchase via phone.
  2. Take some time before ordering your pass to read the FAQ section of our website as well as our pass purchase Terms and Conditions (as these will answer many questions you may have about Festival passes).
  3. Before attempting your purchase, contact your credit card provider to notify them you plan to make a large purchase and confirm that your planned purchase will not exceed your daily and/or overall limit on your credit or debit card.
  4. You will need to provide your name, card number, CVV code, and expiration date exactly as it appears on your credit or debit card. Please ensure the information on your card is legible. After extended use, numbers and letters on both the front and the back of the card can become hard to see.
  5. Take your time when entering your personal information to ensure your name, billing address, phone number, email address, and credit card information are submitted correctly. Submitting incorrect information will delay your purchase and could result in your banking institution placing a hold on the funds in your debit or credit card account.
  6. Each pass purchased must be associated with an attendee name. If you know the attendee names at the time of purchase, you may enter them when prompted. If you do not submit passholder names at the time of purchase, you can add them later by clicking on the link in your confirmation email, or by emailing the Festival Box Office directly at filmfestival@tcm.com.
  7. Some pass levels may sell out quickly. If you find you are unable to select your desired pass level (or quantity of passes), then that level is no longer available. To be added to a Wait List for your desired pass, you can email the Festival Box Office at filmfestival@tcm.com. Please provide your name, phone number, pass type, and desired number of passes. We will attempt to confirm your place on the Wait List by the next business day. Please do not provide any credit card information via voicemail or email message.
  8. An email confirmation will be sent to the email address you entered during your purchase. If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your spam folder. It will come from our email address, filmfestival@tcm.com.
  9. Purchased passes will be available for pickup only at Will Call beginning Wednesday, April 29, 2026, at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel. Passes are not available for advanced shipping.
