Patrick Loughney

Patrick Loughney is the director of The Packard Humanities Institute PHI Stoa Film Archive in Santa Clarita, CA. Dr. Loughney has been a film and audiovisual archivist and administrator for over 40 years. He was the founding director of the Packard Campus for Audio-Visual Conservation at the Library of Congress and, from 2004 to 2009, curator of the George Eastman Museum Moving Image Department and head of the Jeffrey Selznick School of Film Preservation.
