Keir Dullea
Since 1957, Keir Dullea has appeared in more than 25 feature films including 2001: A SPACE ODYSSEY (1968), Madame X (1966) as Lana Turner’s son, Bunny Lake Is Missing (1965) with Sir Laurence Olivier, the horror classic Black Christmas (1974), The Fox (1967), and David and Lisa (1962) for which he was awarded a Golden Globe. A personal favorite of Keir’s is the 1973 Canadian film Paperback Hero, with Elizabeth Ashley. He has made more than 50 guest appearances on television series ranging from Naked City, Route 66 and Bonanza, to Law & Order, Castle, Damages, and three seasons of The Path on HULU. Broadway credits include Cat On a Hot Tin Roof, Butterflies Are Free and P.S. Your Cat is Dead. Additional stage appearances include London’s West End opposite Lee Remick in Bus Stop, as well as numerous Off-Broadway and regional theaters. And coming full circle, Keir was the narrator for the 2020 documentary We Need to Talk About AI, which, given his long history with HAL, was the perfect choice.
