Working for more than 60 years in the business, with dozens of television and film credits to his name, Norman has had a creative hand in countless animated favorites, including Sleeping Beauty (1959), The Sword in the Stone (1963), The Jungle Book (1967), Scooby-DooThe Smurfs, and Mulan (1998). Norman has been inducted into the Black Filmmakers Hall of Fame, received the Milton Caniff Lifetime Achievement Award from the National Cartoonists Society, and in 2007 was named a Disney Legend.
