Peter Conheim

Peter Conheim is a film and media restorationist and musician living in the San Francisco Bay Area. In addition to being the lead archivist and co-curator for Nicolas Winding Refn’s byNWR project, he oversees the preservation of Mexican genre films with Viviana García Besné and specializes in underground music artifacts and performance documents. Ongoing projects include restoring the film and audio works of Devo, The Residents, and others. He was a member of the seminal Bay Area collective Negativland for 20 years and currently performs with Malcolm Mooney and the Mutants.
