HEATHER LINVILLE

Heather Linville has been a Film Preservationist at the Academy Film Archive since 2003, supervising the preservation of silent features, fragments of lost films as well as Academy Award nominated and winning features, shorts and documentaries. She recently supervised restorations of Marcel Ophul’s The Memory of Justice (1976), Lewis Milestone’s Seven Sinners (1925) and The Perfect Woman (1920) starring Constance Talmadge. She holds a Master’s in Library and Information Studies from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and a certificate in Film Preservation from the L. Jeffrey Selznick School of Film Preservation at the George Eastman Museum.
